The Longest Vlog

This vlog entry is way too long. I encoded it as a very low resolution/quality and the file is still too large. However, I didn’t really shoot anything for sale, so I wanted to assemble some of everything into a video so I could, at least, share some highlights from my trip into the swamp, today.

The reason I didn’t shoot anything for my clip store was two-fold. I didn’t really have any good ideas for a visually appealing scene, and the light was just terrible. The Sun was near it’s zenith and it was party cloudy, so the Sun would come out, then go under a cloud, making for a constantly changing and mostly bad lighting situation.

The video I did shoot wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t that good, either. Furthermore, my action cam decided to stop recording audio towards the end of my adventure. The very last shots in the video below were shot on my Lumix camera, so they do have audio. I didn’t know the action cam was acting up, but I prefer to shoot with the Lumix when I can, and I was just doing some quick shots after I got cleaned up.

Enough of the boring camera talk. I did get very muddy today and I made myself very horny. I still haven’t had an orgasm, though. Everything happened at once after my trip. I hope you find something you like in this video …

New Exploring Clip!

I don’t know why I picked this one to edit first. I hadn’t really done anything with the video from this trip, and there is at least 30 minutes of good video, so I picked some of it for an exploring clip and assembled it into something around 12 minutes.

This clip is from my trip on August 9, 2022. It includes my slog in my underwear, some rinsing off to get back in the boat, then a second slog in my tight bluejeans. I made a couple stops to sink in up to my shoulders, since I was exploring and I have to check out the mud on my way through.

Building Bridges

I got off to a late start, again today. I’ve just been busy and some of my swamp trips (including the one I took, today) take 4+ hours and leave me totally exhausted. Today’s trip was special, in that I took some scrap lumber and tools with me to mend my broken “bridge”. That didn’t work out well. I’ll need to rebuild the bridge from new materials, because the mended version still wasn’t strong enough to support my weight.

I paddled my boat over 6 miles (10 km), spent about 2 hours working on my bridge and shooting some video. By the time I got home it was getting dark. I fed and walked my dog, cleaned up my muddy gear and got something to eat, after which I was pretty much done for the day. Some days, I’d stay up late, selecting and editing some frames from the video, editing, compressing and uploading a short vlog clip, and writing a blog entry, but today I’m just writing a blog entry with one image (much faster).

Horny in the Swamp

I almost didn’t get out, today. The week got off to a busy start, and I haven’t been feeling well the past couple of days. I probably shouldn’t have left work early today, and I hadn’t had much to eat since Saturday because I’ve had no desire to eat, but I gathered my gear and hitched up the boat trailer as soon as I could. I just needed to get some exercise and find my appetite.

After First Cleanup

Once I arrived at the spot I chose to play, I did a backwards flop into the pudding mud with my ankles tied and my wrists tied behind me. I had a great, horny struggle, but only one of two cameras recorded it, so I was a little disappointed about that.

Going Down on the Log

The tide was still going out, so I went back in where I know there is a large log buried about 18 inches (50 cm) below the mud. It’s a great log to get tied to, and because it has such a large diameter, you can get pulled under the log with the right rigging, which can make for some desperate moments, gasping for air.

Detours and Late Starts

On Tuesday morning, August 9, I was focused on some application development at work. I didn’t wrap up as early as I wanted, and then I had to get lunch and walk my dog. I left for the river about 30 minutes later than I had hoped, and then disaster struck!

My launch on the river is about a 15 mile drive (25km) by the shortest route, but that route had a road closure so I had to detour … or so I thought. Google maps showed the road closure between me and the road that takes me to the river, but that was wrong. It was on the other side of that intersection, so the long way that I took to get around the road closure actually brought me to a dead end and I had to backtrack. The detour that I shouldn’t have taken, and the resulting correction cost me 20 miles (33km) and about 30 minutes of time.

The tide would be at it’s lowest around 3:00pm and I arrived at the launch at 2:20pm. Once the tide reaches it’s lowest point, it starts coming back in; usually pretty fast. I had at least an hour’s paddle to get to my rendezvous with the mud. I was going to arrive after the tide started coming back in, with virtually no time to play in the mud.

So, I decided I would do some exploring along my route to my destination. I convinced myself that the trip would be enjoyable, even if I didn’t get to play in the swamp mud. In the process of exploring along the way, I did get pretty muddy. I started out with jeans and soon had to strip down to my underwear so I could rinse off more easily when I had to get back in my boat.

I probably killed 30-40 minutes, exploring previously unexplored places, then I made a beeline for my intended destination. When I arrived, the tide was coming in, but it had been very low and it wasn’t coming in very fast. I didn’t waste any time getting myself into the mud so I could enjoy what little time I had, before I had to clean up and paddle back to the launch.

Thanks to a piece of bamboo I repurposed as a swamp-selfie-stick, I was able to get some pretty good exploration video. The trip was definitely not a total loss. I wish I could go out today, because the low tide right now is just amazing. If I hadn’t been committed today, I would have had my pick of any mud hole and I would have had hours to play. Given the hot and sunny conditions, I might have gotten too much sun, but I can’t think of a more exciting way to get a sunburn.

The New Guy’s First Day

I finally got to meet the new guy and take him to one of my favorite spots to get immersed in some smooth, slippery, treacherous, swamp mud. Apparently it’s also physically demanding.

I shot very little video, because I planned to just show the new guy around for a while, and forego the video documentation. I can’t show new guy’s face, so it would have been difficult to record a travel blog and not had a video mishap.

As I type this, I’m getting ready to record another podcast with Rebecca from DinksWitKinks, so I can’t get too wordy. We had a good time today. The weather got a little weird for a moment or two (it started raining in full sunshine … kind of unexpected). Otherwise, we had a really nice low tide that lasted long enough for us to get more than enough sun.

On the way out, there was a fisherman right by where we enter the creek from the mudding spot. We just had to clean up enough that we weren’t too conspicuous. I’m sure we looked a little curious.

Mud Fucking Clip

Late Day Sinking

I caught a late day low tide, today. Typically, my video turns out really great when I shoot in the late day sun, but the DJI Osmo did a terrible job of exposing the video, so I’m kind of sad about that. I still got some interesting video; it just isn’t up to my quality standards.

When I was leaving the mud hole, I took some still photos on my Lumix camera. Those came out great, and I’m going to post some of them here. The video includes some great masturbation scenes, but I’m not going to be putting out any video until I get caught up on my work.

I’m still hoping that I will have a visitor in August who will help me shoot some novel content. I’m looking forward to being able to stay behind the camera more.

I’d better wrap this up. I’m about to fall asleep in my chair. I will say it was nice to spend some time in the mud, and in the creek to get away from the heat. However, I am exhausted.

Mud Pit Update

Staying Hydrated

Well, maybe staying “wet” isn’t the same as staying “hydrated”, but it’s more fun to be wet than to sit around in the shade, drinking water.

I went out into the swamp, again, on July 25. I took my weight and I did some weighted sinking. Mostly, I just enjoyed the mud, and I also enjoyed my cleanup. It was a hot day, and I love the water.

I don’t have much time, right now, so I just grabbed some video frames for you to check out. They don’t tell the whole story, but I spent most of the time up to my ears in the mud.

Weighted Sinking

Ankles Tied to Weight

Yesterday I set out to do something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but wasn’t willing to risk everything to make it happen. I guess I was in a reckless mood. I securely tied my ankles to my heavy, lead weight (34lbs/15kg) and descended into my deepest mud hole. My ankles were not only weighted, but they were tied tight together. Trying to raise my legs would just pull me down, and pushing down would push the weight deeper.

Muddy Body

Fortunately for me, and my experiment, the mud deep down in the spot that I picked was thick enough that I had to work the weight deeper. It didn’t just pull me under in an instant. Of course, I had my breathing tube so I could keep breathing, even if I couldn’t reach the surface, and also so I could dive down and have time to untie my ankles.

Walking

It should be noted that untying any bondage under the mud is not always possible. Untying a rather complex lashing, five feet under the mud, where you can barely breathe, is a whole other matter.

I think the video will give you an idea (although it is heavily edited) of how it went down. After the “experiment”, I went on to use the weight for some other play, and that was really hot, also. I shot a lot of video while cleaning up, so there is some nice cleanup video at the end of my vlog. At the very end, I change back into my tight, wet jeans. This is an unusually long vlog entry, so I had to reduce the frame size to 840×480 and compress it a lot. I’ve made a note to edit some clips for my clip store that will be longer and higher quality (full HD).

Back to the Swamp

This expedition will be forever known as the one where I forgot to put my wallet in a safe place, and I lost it somewhere along my long slog through the swamp. There is a slim chance I’ll find it, but I’ve already applied for a replacement driver’s license and new credit/debit cards. There wasn’t a ton of cash in my wallet, so it wasn’t a signifcant monetary loss; mostly just a huge inconvenience.

By the time this video starts, I’ve already lost my wallet, but I don’t discover that I lost it until I am finished sinking and getting cleaned up and I check my phone, which is in the same safe/dry spot where my wallet was supposed to be. However, after carefully stowing my wallet for the trip, I had stopped along the way to the river to purchase a watermelon. I took my wallet out to pay for the watermelon and thoughtlessly put it in my back pocket, which is not a safe place. When I’m dragging my boat through swamp grass or slogging through waist deep or deeper mud, nothing on my body is safe.

Sigh.

Stirring the Mud Pit

Getting Out

We’ve finally been getting some significant rainfall, so I decided it was time to try to stir some water into the depths of the mud pit. I didn’t get to the bottom everywhere, but I got pretty close in one spot and I made a good deal of progress on the rest of the pit.

Mixing mud

I started out using the shovel, but I decided it would be more fun to into the mud and dredge the bottom with my bare hands. I horsed around a bit and took advantage of the cord that I installed when I made the pit, which runs through an anchor point at the bottom of the pit. I can use the cord to hold my body deeper in the mud than I would normally go without something pulling me down.

I couldn’t leave the pit without getting mud in my hair and nose and ears, so I lay back, hiked my hips up and pushed my head under. I almost forgot how hard it was to get all that crap out of my hair.
