    Well, I would admonish you, except that I did much the same thing when I threw my back out about 10 years ago. When the mud is good, you have to go. That’s all there is to it.
    I do have one question about the video, though. Where was your dog, Sheba (spelling?), in all this?

      Sheba stayed in my kayak the entire time. I have to put her in the water every so often to keep her cool, but she doesn’t like to interact with nature.
