I squeezed back into the jeans I wore on my last successful mud adventure, walked into the pond to get them wet, and had a friend snap a photo of me, so I’d have something for this blog entry. The water level has been really high, this week. I may have to do something in the backyard (shallow) mud pit. It seems like this is the time of the year when I do my bondage in the mud-pit scenes. If memory serves me, the tides will return to normal at the end of October or in early November. I hope it doesn’t get too cold before then. At the moment, the weather is oscillating between warm and cool.
I still have some videos to release. I’ve been working on my “Making a Mud Movie” movie. I’m also busy getting ready for winter. The mudding season isn’t over, yet, but my remaining opportunities are numbered.
Hi Doug
Just wanted to send a messaage of encouragement
I really love the stuff you create and offer up here
you know my particular favourites but i realise there are other people who like other stuff
The melodramatic is especially fun to watch
A shame the seaon is drawing to a close
Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff
Andy
Thanks, Andy. It’s great to hear from you, again. I’m still hoping for a few more trips into the swamp, this year.
Do you have any plans for any of the trips
wouldn’t mind seeing another ‘convict manhunt ‘ one again
I do not have any specific plans, as I don’t know what conditions I’ll have, or if I’ll have someone to run the camera. I might be able to do an escaped convict clip without a camera person. In the past, I’ve tried to have a camera person for those “moving” clips, but the GoPro has made that easier for me to do alone.
I do have a few things on my request list. Planning these things is nearly impossible. My best plans often get dropped at the last minute due to poor conditions.
I’d love to help you out with the filming but i’m in the uk
Hopefully planning a trip to florida next summer maybe we could plan something for then
The problem is always in the planning. I’m totally dependent on weather and tides. I hate to have someone travel long distances to find we don’t have suitable conditions for sinking and/or shooting.
Very few visitors, so far, have helped me shoot some video, and they haven’t been very proficient. On the rare occasion when I have a guest, I usually do all of the audio/video recording.
Shooting in the swamp is not easy, and I’m amazed at how many people don’t know how to properly frame a shot.
as ever you are most considerate
I’d be coming to florida as part of a family and friends group
It would be cool to detach from the group for a few days to meet up
we could look at the tide time table in advance which would remove one of the variables
