More Roadblocks

I just haven’t been able to get back to the swamp since June 16. I’ll be releasing that clip, sometime today. Between work and a health issue that just hit me like a sledge hammer one morning, I have cancelled 2 potential mudding trips.

I did manage to pick up a 110 gallon tank for testing some materials, and I did some experimentation, right before I fell ill. I have no photos, yet. Once I feel well enough, I’ll get some photos and bring you up-to-date.

I’m supposed to be shooting a hot model in the clay pit on Wednesday night, but I’m not betting on anything, right now. The forecast is about 50/50 for rain, so we might get rained out, even if I’m feeling up to it.

I’m setting up the June 16 clip on Clips4Sale as I write this. I’ll probably wait to announce it here until I have it on UMD.net, also. I’ve been overwhelmed, these past few weeks. My social life has imploded and I’m struggling to keep up with my day-to-day chores. That is probably why I’ve fallen ill, but it goes without saying that headache, fever, and sleepless nights don’t help get anything done.

The world sure is on a roller coaster ride, these days. I am sad to see that more and more people are turning on each other. The fact is that the planet we live on is becoming more crowded, at the same time it’s capacity to sustain us is being reduced by pollution, deforestation, unsustainable farming practices, etc., etc. The lifestyles we’ve enjoyed for decades may no longer be possible. Add to that the fact the the rich keep getting richer and consuming a larger portion of the pie, and the rest of us are left struggling. One thing I’m sure of is that hate and bigotry are not solutions.
