Today was actually a pretty busy day, but I managed to slip out this afternoon and get to the swamp about an hour after the ideal time, but soon enough to enjoy some deep, warm mud. It was a pretty hot day.
When I arrived, I set up 3 cameras to capture what I hoped would be a great mud struggle. I haven’t looked at the video, so I’m not sure how that worked out. The images I’m using in this post are actual photos from my Nikon; not frames from a video! It’s a rare treat to work with high resolution, digital raw images, rather than low res, highly compressed video.
I had a great time today, although I didn’t have as much time as I had yesterday, thanks to my late arrival, and a stiff wind out of the south-east. The tide got really low, so I had access to all kinds of mud.
It’s been a really busy day, and I still have lots of things to do, so I’m not going to describe my video. I’ll describe the video when I release it; assuming it comes out alright. I think I’ll have some interesting stuff.
