Tormenting John Marsh is a short clip where John’s ankles are stretched out while a chain around his genitals holds him against the wall. His wrists are handcuffed and the handcuffs are padlocked to a chain hanging from the ceiling. John is gagged and he has a crotch rope over his already-tight jean shorts.
