Not sure if you got my e-mail response. I did see that it seemed you had downloaded/purchased the same video, twice, and that has happened more than once. It doesn’t happen with everyone, so I’m not sure what is going on there. I wish I could help, but it’s out of my control. C4S support used to be really good. I assume you have spoken to them(?) I’m not sure if they are as helpful as they used to be.
Sadly, you were charged twice, again. I opened a ticket with support to refund the second charge and maybe figure out why it is happening. You should probably check your VISA charges in a week or so to see if they have refunded the second charge.
