I went back out to the swamp on Sunday to see what the swamp had to offer. The tide didn’t get as low as Saturday. I think that was mostly because we had a heavy rain on Saturday afternoon. The creek was running high so the tide went out very slowly and came in fast.<\/p>\n\n\n

I wore my moccasin boots, again because I had hoped to shoot some more “Adventures of John Marsh” video, if the tide didn’t cooperate or I couldn’t think of anything I wanted to shoot in the deep mud. I also put on my red Speedo under my cutoffs and a cropped t-shirt. That’s what I ended up wearing for most of my trip.<\/p>\n\n\n

I decided to return to the dead tree lying over the muddy stream and remove some of the timber that was getting in my way. I also wanted to try some more bondage on the tree. Since the tide never really got as low as I wanted, I got tied up over water and toyed with the idea of being suspended in the water as the tide was going out; eventually leaving me suspending in air (much more painful!).<\/p>\n\n\n

When the tide came back in, I tried to find a similar predicament where I would be tied down as the incoming tide overtook me, but I didn’t find a good setup for that. I did, however, enjoy hanging around in the water. The weather is perfect for staying in the water for extended periods of time and I love the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
