I thought it would be fun to visit a mud hole I haven&#8217;t been to in a years, take some photos, shoot some video, and also enjoy a nice long, late-day paddle. Unfortunately, the biting flies were too much for me to enjoy my stay in the swamp, so I had to get back in my kayak and make a hasty departure. I did get some still photos and shoot a few minutes of video, but I was slapping flies through most of it.
