Heather Blake and I went paddling on the creek Sunday morning (7\/14), but the creek was still running high, thanks to the recent precipitation. Since the water was covering most of the mud, Heather and I wandered off into one of my favorite non-mudding spots to take some pictures. We had a nice paddle. The weather was pretty mild. I pretty much squandered the rest of the day. Some of you might be happy to know that the white shorts didn&#8217;t make it home completely unscathed.
